I am Mariana Costa, and I am thrilled to be the Manager at High Meadows Care Home. With over 12 years of experience in nursing care, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams to transform homes with challenging ratings into successful, high-quality environments.

At High Meadows, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, person-centered care that goes beyond meeting physical needs.
